Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with no damage, modifications, or signs of misuse. Items should be returned with the original packaging and included accessories when possible.

To start a return, email support@1tekshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video of the issue.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method. Original shipping costs, if any, are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We do not accept returns for damage caused by drops, water exposure, incorrect power supplies, modifications, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Orders can be canceled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the return process above.

For products that are handmade, customized, or made in small batches, minor cosmetic differences may occur and are not considered defects unless they affect normal use.

For electronics, please use only the included or recommended power supply and follow the product instructions.
