Shipping policy
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Some 1Tek products are handmade, 3D printed, assembled in small batches, or tested before shipment. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on order volume, product type, and production status.
If an order is delayed beyond the listed processing time, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and begin after the order has been shipped. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. 1Tek is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@1tekshop.com. We can only update the shipping address before the order has shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@1tekshop.com with your order number. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.
For damaged packages, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and damaged item.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on the product and destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, tariffs, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, or other charges required by their country or shipping carrier.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout. 1Tek is not responsible for paying or reimbursing international customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or import-related charges.
Customs processing may cause delays that are outside of our control.
For electronic products, the included power supply may require a plug adapter depending on your country. Please check the product listing for power supply details before ordering.
Cancellations Before Shipment
Orders can be canceled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it must go through our Return and Refund Policy.
